Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Companies Webs is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the services offered. You can contact us at any time to exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: name, phone number, email, company and the message or answers you choose to give us. On our advertising campaign page we also record the campaign parameters you arrived through (utm_source, utm_campaign and similar). This data is stored in our database when you submit the form, so that we can get back to you even if the WhatsApp conversation is never started. We also record your IP address, for the sole purpose of preventing automated and abusive form submissions.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively for: responding to your inquiries, managing projects and commercial communications related to our services, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form, on the execution of a contract when there is an ongoing project, and on legitimate interest to improve our services. In accordance with the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as a business relationship exists or until you request its deletion. Contact requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Following a deletion request, data is removed within a maximum of 30 days, unless legal obligations require a longer period.

6. Providers and transfers

To provide this service we rely on suppliers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Neon Inc. (the database where contact requests are stored) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, both for the conversation you start and for our internal notification that a new request has come in, and Instagram, for accounts connected to the client panel). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Connected Instagram accounts

If you connect an Instagram professional account to our client panel, or authorise us to connect it in order to manage it, Instagram will ask for your explicit permission before sharing anything. With that permission we process: the account's ID and username, its type, profile picture, and number of followers and posts; for each post, its caption, link, thumbnail and date; and the statistics Instagram provides for the account and its posts (views, reach, interactions, followers and non-followers reached). We do not access your password, your direct messages or the personal data of your followers. We use this information only to show you how your account performs in the panel and, only when you ask us to, to publish content on your behalf. The access key Instagram issues is stored encrypted. The legal basis is your consent, given when you authorise the connection on Instagram, and the performance of the services contract where managing the account is part of it. We keep the data for as long as the account remains connected. You can revoke access at any time from Instagram, under Settings > Apps and websites, or by asking us on WhatsApp (+34 630 489 935) or through the form on this website: we will then delete the access key and the account's data and statistics within 30 days at most.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via WhatsApp (+34 630 489 935) or through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Cookies and technologies

On the public website we measure visits with a self-hosted analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. On our advertising campaign page we load the Meta pixel, which does use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, and object to personalised advertising from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The entire site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the database storing contact requests is restricted and protected by credentials.

11. Contact

For any questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your rights, contact Companies Webs via WhatsApp (+34 630 489 935), our social networks or the form on this website.
